To Secretary Bombay - In Cont. of letter of the 17th January last and with reference to the Honble Court Despatch to the Bombay Government dated 15th April last forwards copy of the foregoing letterand commt. the consideration which led this Government to adopt the line of Telegraph alluded to on it in preference to that which was proposed by the Government of Bombay adds that the connnection of Bombay with ahemdabad and the other places along the coast will be secured hereafter by the Telegraph of the Baroda Railwary Company. Requests that the Commissioner of Scinde may be directed to co-operate with and render him every assistance in the prosecution of the work.
