Director General - In reply to letter dated 19th October last states that he has replied to the portion relating tot he Aracun and another letter and submits a statement with reference to the 3rd para of the above letter , in which an explanation is called for from the Post Master General Bengal of the slow progress which has been made in appointing Deputy Post Master General.
