To Secretary Bengal - With reference to previous correspondence transmits copy of Courts Legislative Dispatch No. 14 of 1855 dated 19th December with a request that the Protector of emigrants be instructed to notifly to all concerned that emigrants serving the full period of ten years in British Guiana will not be required to contribute towards their return passage.
