From - Forwards for information with reference to the Revenue Dispatch No. 16 dated 14th September last to the address of the Honble Court of Directors and to which it is a reply copy of Courts Dispatch No. 112 of 1855 dated 19th December stating that in applying the new Rule which limits the period the service of Civil Servants to 35 years except in special cases, it is intended tha the period of service should be taken to commence from the date of arrival of the servant in India.
