Read a Dispatch from the Honble the Court of Directors No. 84 of 1855 dated 22nd August remarking that the Commission of three per Cent prescribed by the Administrator Generals account No. 8 of 1855 is not in accordance with their Order which required a Commissioner of 5 Percent to be charged and disallowing the act in question so far as it is opposed to their Orders.
