Herald his name bieng borne in the Suite of Governor Lushington but from the circumstance of that Ship not touchig at the Cape he has been compulsatively conveyed to India Solicits an adovance of 2000 Rupees to depay the expences of his passage to the Cape, or that His Lordship will be please to add his name His Lordspips suite.
