Read a Despatch from the Court of Directors in the Legislative Department No. 8 of 1855 transmitting Copy of further correspondence relative to the Emigration of Coolies to St. Lucia and Greneda with copies of two ordinances passed by the Legislative Council of St. Lucia for regulating the introduction of Coolies into that Colony.
