Henwood Esquire - Approves of his proposition that Messers Barratt & Gray should be employed during the wet season on constructing a cheap blast, and as soon as the weather permits they should commence model mining operations - Orders regarding Mr. Davies will be communicated here after - Rs. 10 a month for house allowance to Messers Barratt & Gray & an additional Allowances of 100 per month while travelling sanctioned Sanctions also the constuction at a Cost of Rs. 200 of wheel barrows to he used in the mine where Messers Barratt & Gray are to carry on their extermity.
