Governor of - With reference to order of 31st January last recommending after consulting Mr. Blundell on the subject, that the convict Body may remain temporarily in charge of Lieut. W. S. Mann, the staff officer of the artillery at Penang on an allowance of 200 Rs. Per Month pending the nomination by Mr. Blundell of a permanent successor to Captain Macpherson.
