Read a Dispatch from the Honble the Court of Director No. 71 of 1853 replying to letters No. 5 1852 Paras 10 , 14 and 36 of 1853 and sanctioning the grant of such monthly allowance to the Bethune Native Female School as shall be neccessary to maintain it in efficiency, a fee should be taken from those who are able to pay . Desire that their order be carried with immediate effect in order that the Marquis of Dalhousie may be relieved of the expence he so liberally undertook.
