Read a Dispatch from the Honble Court of Director No. 6 of 1854 replying to letter No. 80 dated 4th November 1853 and sanctioning the proposal for the foundation of a scholarship at the roorkee College in memory of the late Mr. Thomason Desire that the College be have for the designated the Thomason College of Civil Engineering at Roorkee.
