Read a Despatch from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India No. 22 of 1859 dated 24th February forwarding copy of a letter (with enclosure) from the Colonial Office & requesting that the sum of Rs. 30,000 may be placed at the credit of Mr. Marriott, in # of the Pound 200 per month now supplied to him on account of emigration to British Gurana.
