Read a Despatch from the Honble Court of Despatch No. 151 of 1858 dated 21st July forwarding copy of correspondence with the Board of Control, relative to a purposed consolidation and alteration of the Laws relating to Emigration from India to Mauritius but Gunarpally to the quarter of giving validity to contructs between private persons in the Mauritius & Indian labours to be made in India previously to the embarkation of the Emigrants stating that they have agreed to sanction the alternation in this respect and desiring that the precise terms and conditions on which the proposed scheme shall be carried out may be settled with the Mauritius Government.
