Read a Despatch No. 3 of 1859, dated the 31st March, from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India, in the Legislative Department, transmitting in reply to letter No. 130, dated the 13th October 1858, the Draft Act for granting exclusive privilege to Inventors, which has received the sanction of the Crown.
