From Secretary - With reference to letter hence dated 6th March states that memo is annually furnished by the protection of Emigrants to the Accountant General to the Government of India and that the expenses of importance to the Mauritius & West Indies are adjusted in the books of that office in proportion to the member of Emigarnts sent during the # to each of those places.
