From Officiating Director General of the Post Office - With reference to Endoresment No 1505 date 15th Instant reports that tofor as that Department is Concerned there is no reason why the requur despatch of Troops by the Bullock Train should not be proceeded with that there is misapprehension as to Bullock`s being overworked and as to there being any qeneral increase in the time accupied in travelling the different stages between raneegunge and Allahabad, aunexs copy of the army connected with the subject - and mentines that the arrangements of the stages is the same as that adopted during last rains the shartering of them having been recommended by him in cunsequence of the necessary slowness of travelling at that seasen.
