Read a despatch from the Right Honble the Secretary of state for India No. 32 of 1858 dated 15th November suggesting extension of the practiv of printing the proceedings of this Government # copies of each letter of its encloses to be sent to the India House two copes of each letter and one coy of the encloses in the first instance and the remaind bythe next mail via # in cases of intorest or importance and where any of the encloses are sent for the purpose of being communicated to parties in england such as the railwaycompanies and the foreign office the number of printed copies to be increased a report tobe made from time to time as to the reductions effected on the copying department in consequence of the introduction of printing.
