By the Honble the President of the Council of India concurred in by the Members of Government relative to the murders of Loyal native officers of police in the province of Behar because of their loyalty and special good conduct the mutilation of messengers and by the rebels and the death or ruin of native of respectability because of their good serivce to the British Government etc.
