To Secretary - Observes that some of the most distrebing consequences of the # irruption of mutinees into the prospeous province of Behar are the number of loyal notice officers of Police because of their loyalty and special goad conduct the mutilation of our messengers by the rebels and the death or ruin of natives of respectability because of their good service to the British Government requests that a list of the victory of the above classes with a short account of their cases and a statements of what has been done or is recommended to be done in each case to show that Government warmly sympathinges with the families of the victom also to submits a list of the cases in which the property of European and East Indies has been destroyed bynutinears and rebels etc.
