To Secretary - Forwards copy of a letter No. 2296 dated the 8 Instant from the Government of the North Western Provinces to the Commssioner of Agra and requests that if not already done minutes instructing may be issued to the serveral special Commssioner in the Lower Provinces excepting those of the Patna Division.
