To Secretary - With reference to letter dated 28th Ultimo forwards copy of commissioner from the Inspector of Dispensaries reporting that an Establishment at a cost of Rs.392 Per Month whoul be necessary for the proposed object - With advertence however to a remark of Deoctor Monat relative to dispensing with the services of one of the Superintending surgeons observes that the question must depend on other consideration thanthat of the superentendence ofthe Dispensaries & address that it is not donbted that their charge does or ought to occupy at present a consederable part of the time & attention of the Superintending Surgeon.
