Transfer, for disposal a letter from the Government of Bombay, intimating that no arrangement has been made by that Government with Reuters Telegram Company for the supply of their messages, but that the Manager of the Company states that he has been authorized to accept Rupees 1,000 as an united monthly subscription for messages to the Governments of India, Madras and Bombay.
