To Secretary - Acknowledges the foregoing and states that from the Report of the Civil Auditor of the North West Provinces submitted with his letter, that Mr. J. Guthric relinquished charge of his office at Hissar on the 30th October 1857 and that he reported his departure for England in the 9th February 1858. That he was allowed 4 weeks preparatory leave enable him to reach Mussoorie and that he was entitled to a further leave for 4 weeks under these circumstances the Governor General in Council authorizes Mr. G. Auditor ( Rs. 833.5.4 a month) bepassed to him from the 30th October 1859 to the 9th February 1858 Mr. G. having retired from the Service # be informed of this decision copy forwards to the Financial Department.
