From To Bishop Zuber Vicar Apostoler - In reply to the foregoing states that Father Josaphat has been thrice Officially ordered by him to leave Hazareebag but without effect, in consequence whereof he has been suspended from the exercise of all Ecclesiastical Functions since the 7th April - Adds that Father Josaphat has been once were addressed this day with a view of inducing him to leave Hazareebag between 24th hours after the receipt of the letter, but should the letter be unsuccessful, Government may consider him as entirely disconneated with the Bishop Authority.
