With refrence to Mily Department no 800 of the 31st May last, states that the chief Engineer has again been addressed ont eh delay in submitting the plan and report called for ont he fort of attock transmit copy of his reply and trust that the required documetn may be now be spedity furmished for transmission to Govt.
