With refrence to C.in C recommendation that the fort of mooltan, should be abandoned for all military purposes, consequent on further demage done to it by heary rain and with refence to mily Department letter no 329 of 14th may last, requests, to be informed as to the place of the proposed, Redoubt or fortification at mooltan which Lt. Coll Boilean was requested, to prepare, and desirable should this not have been already done, that instructions may be given to the Exc. officer at mooltan to prepare the plan inquestion under the Supg Engineer P.C.
