In reply to mily. dept. ltr. no.311 of the 13th April 1854 staets that he has been prepared to carry out the wishes of Govt. in regard to the transfer of the 5 percent Govt. promossory notes amounting to rS. 29000 to the percent loan of 1854/55 deposited as the security of Major Martin presidency pay master .
