With reference to Military Deptt. No. 95 of 2nd July 1852, submits, for consideration & orders, a statement regarding the abstorcles that still exist to a proper adjustment of claiss against subscribes who become disconnected with the institution, & who draw their salaries through the Civil Pay Deptt.
