Return Enclosures of Military Deptt. No. 243, of 29th Ultimo, and observes that there can be no question as to the validity of the claim preferred by the Military Fund against the Revd. A.H. Moore for balance of subscription suggest that the civil Auditor here, & in the N.W. Provinces be instracted before autiting the arrears due to officers who may have become disconnected with the service to ascertain from the Secretary to the Military Fund whether the said arrears are liable to any deduction for claims due to the fund intimates that similar instructions were issued by his office to Pay Masters on the 17th July 1852.
