Approving of the arrangements for the Artillery practice during the ensuing cold season submitted with his letter no. 880 dated 16th Ultimo, Forwards copy of a letter from teh Commandant of Artillery annexing a memo; of the Practice suggested for the ensuing season with the Commander in Chief's recommendation that the arrangements proposed by the Commandant may be sanctioned.
