In reply to your letter no 51 of the 15th Ultimo Iam instructed to state for your information that the Bill which acocmpanied it has been forwarded to the military auditor General with authority to pass the same and with authority to pass the same and the request that in future instead of rejecting Bill forwarded for audit under your authority.(two copies).
