In Reply to Mily. Deptt. leter no. 412 of 19th Octr 1854 staes that Mily.board are generally aproved and that it is deemed expedicent that a Fresh code fo Regulations founded on teh new Comst System in Bengal should be compliled in Bombay for reasons assigned.
