With reference to his letter of 22nd May last, transmits a copy of the further proceding of the Govt. of Bombay in regard to the ship Cursetjee Cowasjee send in which is also included the case of the ship Bomanjrr Hormusjer and states that Govt. have considered it advisable to adopt the course recommended by the Advocate.
