Decision that the surplus or retrenched M.A.G. personnel nominated through the Transfer Bureau should be treated as having been transferred in Public interest and if they have been transferred without and break in service their past continuous service rendered under the Government of India should be taken into acount for the purpose of seniority, leave etc
