Charges against Thakur Jai Chand British Trade Agent at Gartok regarding the Non-payment by him of the portal runners employed in 1906 between Taklakot and Gartok and also of the sale procees of tea which was sent to him in 1905 and 1907 his explanations regarding the above charges the whole case transferes to the Punjab Government for Disposal
