(1) Rejection of a proposal that Rai Bahadur Munshi Durga Sahai, who has been proposed for the appointment of Diwan, Jhabua State, may be permitted, while in foreign service, to draw from Imperial Revenues the full personal allowance of Rs 100 a month to which he would have been entitled if he reverted to his substantive post of Native Assistant to the Agent to the Governor-General in Central India.
