(1) Rejecting a suggestion that Rai Bahadur Munshi Durga Sahai, who has been nominated for the position of Diwan in Jhabua State, be allowed to receive the full personal allowance of Rs 100 per month from Imperial Revenues while serving abroad, as he would have been entitled to had he returned to his original position as Native Assistant to the Agent to the Governor-General in Central India. (2) The issue of placing the Jhabua State under government control for a period of years with the Chief only receiving an allowance from state finances
