Inquiry from the Govt of Bihar (i) whether a holder of either the King's police and Fire Service Medal for the Indian Police Medal Which has been across to him for distinguished meritorious services is also eligible for the new medal (ii) whether the holder of the King's pollice and Fire Services Medal or the Indian Police for Distinguished Meritorious services, would be eligible for the new medals for gallantry and vice versa
