(ii) Whether holder of the Indian Police Medal for meritorious service who is also the recipient of the Police Medal for meritorious service, can be in such a case wear the Bar and the Silver Rose with gold gilt with the Indian Police Medal when wearing the medal itself or the ribbon alone respectively
