Question of treatment of journeys performed by Justices Vivian Bose and B.J. Das, Judges of the Supreme Court, from the places where they were spending vacation to Delhi and back in connection with the Constitution of a Division Bench of the Supreme Court for hearing of emergent cases. Decision that such journeys should be treated as on duty and that T.A. should be paid under rule 7 of the Supreme Court Judges (T.A.) Rules 1951
