Grant of T.A. to staff when called upon to appear before the selection Board while on casual leave. Decided that where the selection is to a post in the normal line of promotion of the person concerned, the period involved in the journey and stay in the place where selection is held should be treated as duty and normal T.A paid in other cases the period should continue to be treated as Casual leave
