With reference to our No. 3247 and 4389, dated 30th August and 3rd December 1879 respectively, submits copies of a letter from the Deputy Commissioner of Julpigoree, and its enclosure, being a translation of a letter on the subject of the deputation by the Bhutan Government of a man to attend to the matters relating to the boundary between the British territory and Bhutan.
