In continuation of No. 187P., dated 21st January 1878, forwards copy of a despatch from the Secretary of State concurring in the approval expressed by the Government of India, Foreign Department, of the Lieutnant-Governor`s proceedings in abstaining from interfering in the internal dissensions in the Bhootan State.
