Boundary between Bootan and Julpigoree. With reference to his letter No. 84, dated the 19th ultimo conveys instructions as to the course to be persued by Mr. Fasson, who has been appointed to inspect, in company with Bhootan official, the original line of boundary between that State and Julpigoree, in case the above official does not arrive.
