With reference to his No. 74, dated the 29th Ultimo, regarding complications which have occurred on the Julpigoree frontier, and the necessity for a better definition of boundary between that district and Bhootan, approves the proposals made in the last paragraph of the letter, calls for a map showing the land in dispute.
