In continuation of his No. 21, dated 10th instant, informs that the persons carried off from British territory by the Soobah of Bala`s orders have been sent back by the Paro Penlow, that one remanis at Bala too ill to come in; two died during captivity; and one family at their own wish returned to Bhutan. Adds that the Soobah has been heavily fined, and that the pais employed to capture have been sent up bound to Paro.
