With effect from July 17, 1925, Mr. E.B. Howell, C.S.I., C.I.E., a resident of Waziristan, has been granted leave. Lieut. Colonel C.E. Bruce, C.I.E., C.B.E., is appointed with effect from July 17, 1925, to serve as temporary Resident of the 2nd Class and stationed as Resident in Waziristan. With effect from November 17, 1925, Mr. E.B. Howell, C.S.I., C.B.E. resumes his position as a resident of Waziristan after returning from leave.
