Judges are in short supply in the North West Frontier Province. Mr. E.H.P. Jolly, I.C.S. (Bombay), has been appointed as Peshawar's Divisional and Sessions Judge, effective as of October 29. With effect from March 12, 1929, Mr. J.H. Fraser, C.I.E., O.B.E., Resident 2nd Class, was granted leave and Mr. E.H.P. Jolly, I.C.S. was appointed to serve in the Political Department as Resident 2nd Class. He was then posted as the Judicial Commissioner for the North West Frontier Province.
