With effect from March 13, 1930, Major J.P. Huban, O.B.E., I.M.S., Civil Surgeon Bannu, was granted leave. posting of Major D.E.R. Dimond, Civil Surgeon Bannu and Assistant Director of Public Health at I.M.S. Lt. Col. C.I. Brierly, C.I.E., I.M.S., Chief Medical Officer North-West Frontier Province, has been granted special salary of Rs. 250 per hour for having concurrent responsibility for the position of Assistant Director of Public Health, N.W.F.P. With effect from June 21st, 1930, Lt. Col. M.A. Nicholson, I.M.S., Civil Surgeon, Hazara, was granted leave, and the issue of his replacement was raised. Major J.J. Rooney, I.M.S. W.E., took over the agency surgeon duties in South Waziristan and the M.O. South Waziristan Scouts on May 9, 1920. Major B.H. Kamakaka, I.M.S. W.E., took over the civil surgeon duties in Dera Ismail Khan on May 9, 1930.
