(i) The appointment of Rao Bahadur C.K. Joshi, a former civil judge, as Hyderabad's Treasury Officer for a period of around two months at a salary of $150 per month, as a result of Mr. H. Walker's suspension as Hyderabad's Extra Assistant to the Resident Treasury Officer. (ii) Payment of a monthly stipend of $135 to Mr. F.S. Hosley, Supervisor of the Political Branch of the Office of the Resident in Hyderabad, for the time he served as an Extra Assistant Resident on top of his regular responsibilities. (iii) Mr. F.S. Hosley was appointed to the positions of Extra Assistant to the Resident in Hyderabad, Treasury Officer, and Superintendent of Stamps in Hyderabad, all of which began on July 1st, 1909. (iv) Delegating authority to the Resident in Hyderabad to order appointments, both substantive and officiating, to the post of Extra Assistant Resident, Treasury Officer, and Superintendent of Stamps, as well as to issue such notifications in connection as may be necessary from time to time.
